Order Cancellation Policy

Please call us at (865) 407-0846 immediately or email us at info@newdaydiagnostics.com if you need to cancel an order.

All other orders including, but not limited to, ColoHealth Direct are subject to a 25% restocking fee if cancelled prior to administration of the test.

Testing services are non-refundable once the test has been administered.

Shipped orders that are refused are subject to a cancelation and restocking fee of 25%, not including original shipping charges and any charges for return shipping.
