We have partnered with My One Medical Source (MOMS) to perform your blood collection.  MOMS has convenient locations across the USA.

Simple Steps to Schedule Your Blood Draw:

2. Enter your zip code in the “Select a Location” box to find a blood collection facility near you.

Important Timing Information:

• Wait for Your Kit: A Blood Draw Kit has been mailed to you. Please allow at least FIVE (5) days for it to arrive.  Select a date after it’s arrival.
• Schedule Only on These Days: To ensure your sample reaches our lab quickly, please schedule your appointment only on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
• Bring Your Kit: Remember to bring your Blood Draw Kit with you to your appointment.
